Terms of Service

1. The service

The Quiet Archives provides QAnalyst, a data analysis service that processes your business KPI data and returns actionable reports ("the Service"). The Service is offered as:

• One-shot — a single analysis delivered as a report link valid for 30 days
• Starter — weekly reports delivered by email, billed monthly
• Growth — daily reports with market signals, billed monthly
• Analyst — daily reports with predictive analysis and API access, billed monthly

2. Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you submit. By uploading data you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your report. Uploaded CSV files are deleted after processing. We do not use your data to train models or share it with third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you submit does not contain personal data of third parties unless you have a lawful basis for sharing it with us.

3. Payment terms

• Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes
• One-shot orders are charged once at time of purchase — no refund after report delivery
• Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period via PayPal
• You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period
• Invoice payment is available on request — invoices are due within 14 days

4. Delivery

One-shot reports are delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation and CSV receipt. Subscription reports are delivered according to the schedule for your plan (weekly or daily). Delivery times may be extended during periods of high demand or technical issues — we will notify you by email if a significant delay occurs.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit fabricated or misleading data intended to produce false analysis
• Share report links publicly in a way that misrepresents the source or our methodology
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service without prior agreement
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Accuracy and limitations

QAnalyst provides data-driven recommendations, not guaranteed outcomes. All analysis is based on the data you provide and publicly available market signals. We make no warranty that following our recommendations will produce specific business results. You remain solely responsible for any business decisions you make based on our reports.

Confidence scores in reports reflect statistical uncertainty — a lower confidence score means the analysis should be treated as directional rather than conclusive.

7. Intellectual property

The QAnalyst software, analysis methodology, and report format are owned by The Quiet Archives. Report content generated from your data is yours to use freely for internal business purposes. You may not resell or sublicense report content without our written consent.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Quiet Archives' liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost revenue or missed opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these terms, abuse the system, or fail to pay. We will give reasonable notice except in cases of serious breach. You may terminate your subscription at any time through PayPal or by emailing us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus) as the court of first instance.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
